The place is in walking distance to the downtown area. Location is great. Sukru is always available and answer your questions quickly. Very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Bodrum. The furniture and Beds could be in better condition but overall, it was a great stay. Thank you Sukru.

It's always hard for me to give bad reviews, in fact, Sukru was really nice to us so it makes it even worse. But if you plan to stay at his villa, you have to know some things. Positives: - very big place - nice view - not so far from Bodrum center (about 15 minutes walking) Negatives: - the place is next to the main road, so it's very loud and noisy - it hasn't been renovated in a while, it looks like it's 1970-1980 - the beds, sheets etc. are pretty low quality - the internet stops working sometimes for 1 hour or so, then it works again (when it works, it's pretty fast) - the shower normally works, but sometimes there was only half-warm water - Sukru told us that the locals and the community don't like when foreigners are using the pool because of COVID. Which I understand, but the pool was one of the reasons we picked the place. After all we used it 2 times and it was ok, nobody complained - Sukru organized a pickup for me at 5AM on Sunday last week, so I can catch my early flight to Istanbul. The pickup didn't show up, so after 20 minutes waiting I just ran to the city center trying to find a hotel, so they can order a taxi for me. It worked out after all, so I could catch my early morning flight (Sukru hired some company, so it wasn't Sukru's fault, but still very disappointing)

Sukru was very supportive. He gave us very useful informaron and helped us get around the city and organized some activities for us. He is a great host and his property is just amazing in all senses (cleanness, location, looks…)
