accessible to SLEC and US embassy, if you have a medical/interview, it's a good choice to book this airbnb. we also like that it's pet friendly, we stayed there with our 2 furbabies without additional fees. The place was spacious enough. For the wifi, we connected through their phone hotspot but still able to watch, surf the net and work without disconnection even if there's a typhoon 'Egay'. TV and remote was not working when we arrived, but they immediately changed it. overall stay was good. I would suggest that they put a wall clock inside the room and tabo/dipper on the bathroom.

Very friendly, if you want to unwind or work in a peaceful environment this is the right place for you. I enjoyed our stay. The place is cozy and very accessible to most of my needed destination.

This is an example of a critically misleading listing where it claims giving you a 30mbs internet but what you get is a tethering to a mobile phone! I had made this clear in my profile that i needed proper internet but the host did the worst possible in my view and as result he received the worst rating which reflects the gravity of the misleading information. Poor internet can be catastrophic to people businesses and freelancers jobs and every host must understand that is a critical piece of information that they should not fiddle with.
