Rose gets 5 stars! She is an excellent communicator, very prompt, professional, accommodating and friendly. We love Chandler and the house is in a great location! It's close to the airport, not far from our favorite hiking trails, and 10 minutes from some of our favorite spots in downtown Chandler. The office was essential as we stayed the month of March and was a great space for us and our guests. The grass in both front and backyard was very nice for our dog! There are a couple details, if changed, would help get the rating to a 5. The pictures need updating to reflect current decor and amenities both inside and outside. Between the dog next door and the noisy pool filtration system it could get distracting throughout the day. Rose is a great host and we really enjoyed our time in Chandler.

This was a corporate stay of 6 months. Rose was extra communicative with my people. They enjoyed their stay very much with their doodles. We would highly recommend Rose as a host.

Host Rose was amazing. The unit met our needs. Our small pups enjoyed the outdoors, worry free. The filter system in the kitchen was great as the Chandler city water had that "city water" taste. Enjoyed the sunshine everyday. Actually got in the pool the second week of March. Prior to that the pool was quite cold. Rose's instructions were spot on. Great host, nice neighborhood. If you don't mind the large dog next door jumping up to greet you, it's a fairly quiet spot.

We enjoyed our stay for a month in Rose's house very much. It was clean and spacious with lots of light and had more rooms than we needed, but enjoyed the separate living room and family room areas for privacy and quiet to work or read if we wanted to. The house also has a large office, so more than enough space to move around in. The private backyard, patio, and pool area was great, although we didn't use the pool in December and January. Still enjoyed sitting on the patio and the warm sun with our morning coffee. My cat enjoyed it too. He liked lying on the patio soaking up the sun's rays. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with well maintained homes throughout the area. The location worked well for us - close to shopping, many great restaurants to choose from, and close to hiking trails/areas and walking paths, which we enjoy doing often. Also close to freeway access. This house was wonderful, and Rose is a great host. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The home was nice in a quiet neighborhood. Check in and exit was simple. Communication with Rose was great. Quick access to freeways. Home is comfortable and clean. Just a heads up for those with pets, neighbors dogs bark and get excited when your pets are outdoors. Would book here again.
