In the living room there is air conditioning and smart TV, in the bedroom there is a smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dresser. Ideal for 4 people - Luna: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (2 separate beds), 1 kitchen where there is a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and air conditioning. In the kitchen there is a smart TV. Ideal for 4/5 people. Both kitchens are equipped with a microwave and a coffee maker. The garden is shared, with barbecue and parking spaces. By selecting this structure you will book the entire house, ideal for 8/9 people. The House and Pictures are exactly as described and the place is extremely clean and clearly newly refurbished. However, the overall experience of staying at the house was disappointing. I'll give you a list The house can apparently be split in 2 apartments by closing a door. This apparently warrants 2 cleaning fees - this may be clear on the website, but I booked on my phone and it just leaves a bad taste. There was very little in the house to make you feel welcome - not even Salt/Pepper. Buying everything to cook is rubbish. the listing says it's a 10 minute drive to the beach - which it is. But it doesn't say that you MUST drive. There is no pavement, no buses, and NO taxi service. The road outside the house appears to be a main road and the drivers speed up and down in day and night. There is a big bar next door - which was very lively until 2am on the weekend - find during the week. The listing is correct, and the house is lovely and new, but overall not a relaxing villa.
Eravamo un gruppo di ragazzi e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa dispone di tutto ciò che occorre e si trova in un’ottima posizione, vicino al mare ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla. Host disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, super consigliato!

Italian Country House is located in a secluded area of Nettuno, far from the chaos of the center.
Just 1500 meters from the sea and from the center, however, it has grocery stores and shops less than 500 meters away, which can still be reached by means of transport, in fact the area does not have sidewalks.
