Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Close to downtown attractions and local neighborhood small shops. Would definitely stay again.

As far as a place to stay, it was clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Birmingham. Take note that the house is located on a busy street and somewhat difficult to get in and out of the driveway. I’d recommend backing in! We did have some difficulty with check in. Our code wouldn’t work and I had to call a corporate office for help. When they were unable to troubleshoot, they had to send a message to the owner. After about 20 minutes we were let in. We did want to make a fire and couldn’t find matches and the owner Doordashed some to us pretty quickly which was nice! Also it did mention in the listing that we’d be given one roll of toilet paper. Well that is certainly allllll you get. I usually expect some bathroom essentials (soap shampoo) but you will need to bring your own. All in all I’d say it’s a nice place to stay in Birmingham, but the hospitality piece is slightly lacking for the price.
