Traveling by myself for the first time, felt very welcomed and comfortable. Shirley and Waldo were very kind & accommodating. Beautiful property. Recommend!

Shirley and Waldo have a beautiful home set on a pristine piece of country property. The solid built house with cozy décor makes you feel at home with many places to relax and take in the scenery. The bed was very soft and comfortable, too! We felt like this was a great home base and location to go in any direction in Loudon County - close to antique shops, wineries, and restaurants all while driving by many charming log cabin homes and older buildings. They really took their time to talk about what attractions were around and seasonal events to see in the future. We enjoyed our stay very much and the delicious egg croissant breakfast! Thank you!

My first thoughts when arriving at Blue Hill Farm were, "I cannot wait to come back!" Shirley and Waldo were amazing host and extremely welcoming. We truly felt like a part of their extended family and were so sad to leave! Hopefully we get a chance to go back in the fall!

We had a wonderful weekend at Blue Hill Farm! It was delightful to get out of the city and enjoy the quiet, country life! The home is just as described, and Shirley and Waldo are warm and attentive. We hope to return!
