A paddle boat & kayaks are awaiting you. Watercraft's are welcome to anchor- there is no dock...YET. The relaxing water, large windows with stunning sunset views, outdoor deck, backyard, BBQ grill, is sure provide abundant memories for you and your party. The house is conveniently located close to a public boat ramp and 11 miles from Brownwood. There is a small grocery store (Big G's Grocery) and Dollar General less 1 mile away on Highway 279. Sunset Cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a den with lake views. The house comfortably sleeps 10 and has the ability with two air mattresses to sleep 14!!! The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed. Guest Bedroom #2 has two Queen sized beds The Den has stackable bunk beds with twin sized beds. The Living Room has a pull out sectional that has a Queen sized bed. There are also two Queen sized air mattresses. WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY? This is a fully functioning short term rental. That being said, just about anything you would need is available to you. If you have any questions or if something is not to your standards, please don’t be afraid to communicate with us! Kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped! • Clean linens will be available upon arrival. • TV and WiFi are available. • There is a gas grill, fire pit, paddle boat, & kayak available for guest use! Enjoy the fire pit by making s’mores or hotdogs along side the gorgeous lake view. Please be aware of any active fire bands and be sure to remember to douse your ashes with water. *********IF YOU ARE BRINGING A WATERCRAFT WITH YOU PLEASE CHECK LAKE LEVELS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. LAKE BROWNWOOD FLUCTUATES AND WE WANT YOU TO BE PREPARED FOR LAKE CONDITIONS. ********** Also an important note, our lake lot is rigid and natural. Please know that the path has stairs with a decline to the water & incline back up to the house. The walk way leading down to the lakefront shore may not be suitable for elderly or infants - please use caution when traveling to and from the water.
