Beautiful home base for our family visit to Ottawa.

Pros: very roomy, clear communication from host, did not ask us to do a bunch of cleaning things before checkout, great walking paths around neighborhood, close to stores and coffee shops, quiet neighborhood, beautiful master bath, great value. Cons: kitchen was not quite as outfitted as we would have liked. We would have liked glassware or baking sheets or aluminum foil for cooking in the oven. Also there wasn’t much in the way of serving utensils so we didn’t have salad tongs or soup ladles. For some reason there are no curtains on the huge master bath window. It faced a natural area behind the house so it wasn’t a huge deal, but we still felt uncomfortable at night when we had the lights on in the bathroom.
