The condo was clean with great views of the Gulf of Mexico as would be expected. It was shortly after checkout that i realized that i had left a cooler on the bar and 2 icepacks in the freezer. i immediately contacted the guest service text number only to be quickly be told the items where not found and there was nothing that could be done to retrieve my items. After multiple attempts to contact the text number it only proved to be frustrating an fruitless at getting my items returned or to find even a name or contact information of anyone in management that might be able to remedy the situation. I would certainly recommend that a potential guest think twice before staying with Southern Vacation Rentals.
