I’ve stayed at these condos before and LOVED them. The previous one we stayed at was already booked so I chose this one. Pros: Location, great view of the bayside with private beach. Walking across the street to the ocean. 10 minute walk to Peg Leg Pete’s. Very quiet and very clean condo. Cons: Couch with pull out bed was broken along with one of the burners. Contacted Southern Vacation, they never came to fix or asset it. They just responded saying they were contacting maintenance and to go about our day. Came back after a day out and realized they never came to look/fix either issue. When I reached back out they said they had ordered a new couch. I’m assuming since no one ever came and they just ordered a new one, they knew it was broken. Most AirBnBs have basic things, such as salt and pepper. This one had nothing beyond basic dishes/pans. I had to buy toilet paper because they only gave us 1 roll (for 4 people for 3 days). I had to buy salt and pepper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Check out time was 9 am, I had to pay extra for extended time which the cleaning people showed up at 9:40 am anyway. Although overall it was clean, the air vents were gross and had dust caked on them. Overall I would stay in these condos again but I’ll never rent from Southern Vacation again.
