This was our 3rd stay at Baywatch. It is a family friendly complex ideally located overlooking Pensacola Bay (think beautiful sunsets) with a pier and sand beach to enjoy steps outside the condo. For a short walk further across the street you can be on Pensacola’s sugar white sands enjoying the warm gulf waters. This particular unit has a great view of the bay and the pier from the balcony. In other words the location is fabulous. The unit itself however leaves some room for improvement. The mattresses are worn and uncomfortable, the kitchen lacks some necessities (no spatula, really nasty oven mitts, a single serving bowl…). Further, there were burned out lightbulbs, there were spare pillows but no pillowcases for them, and only 1 chair for the balcony in a unit that sleeps 6. The management company was polite but not particularly proactive.

This is a beautiful place and very close to the beach. There is a free trolley ride in front of the building (on the other side of the street) to the town center where we can shop and eats. We had a great time at this place with beautiful white sand beach and calm blue water.
