Wonderful space and great host. Great attention to detail. Comfortable beds and bedding. Lovely view and peaceful neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Second time staying at David’s property. We had a great time in La Parguera. The house is spacious and very clean. David is very responsive and attentive. The jacuzzi at the roof top is a nice feature to relax in the evening. The house is pretty well located and equipped, it has all you need to enjoy a relax and beautiful weekend at Lajas. 100% recommended. We are planing to book again soon!

Wonderful space, nearby to much shopping and places to eat. Dave was quite communicable and informative when reached out to. Spent 7 days there, off the main strip and peaceful. Rooftop view was amazing and plenty of open space to spread the family out. Would definitely return.

Although the house was large in size, there were several items that were inconvenient like the Jacuzzi was cold when we arrived, although we communicated with the host that we wanted to use the Jacuzzi. It took so long to heat up that we did not get to adequately use it. The barbecue ignition was dismantled and was not working properly. There was a smell coming from the downstairs bedroom closet that to us smelled like smoke. However, when I brought this up to the owner to make sure that we do not get charged for it, he told me that it is humidity & That we need to ventilate out the closet in order to put anything in there. we had our guests arriving at the same time that I was texting the owner about the issues I had there. The owner did not respond in a kind way, but question me for not picking up my phone. However, once I had the moment to pick up my phone, the issues were settled fairly with the exception of the Jacuzzi still never got to a normal Jacuzzi temperature
