Private, cozy bedroom located in Philly's hippest neighborhood (Fishtown). Blocks away from some of Philly's best restaurants, cafes, comedy clubs, music venues, and parks (7 min walk). Temple University is close by (6 min drive, 20 min walk). The Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, and Old Philly are located a few blocks south (10-minute drive, 40-minute walk). I give toiletries, towels, a desk/chair, closet, and Wi-Fi. This is my house, I live here; I'm not a property management company! :-) The room is small but cozy, with bed, fan, desk, chair, towels, kettle, alarm clock, etc. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway (with one other room).

Well located, easy check in - great place
My girlfriend and I were really happy with our stay at Andrews place. The location was perfect, not too far from anything in the city. The home was super well decorated and we felt right at home. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Andrew's Airbnb for a couple of nights for a quick weekend trip to Philly. I enjoyed my stay as it had everything I needed for a short trip - a comfy bed, small desk, fan, and clean (shared) bathroom. The Airbnb is located in an up and coming neighborhood with some nice cafes and coffee shops, and it is very quiet during the day and at night. Overall, I recommend Andrew's Airbnb, particularly for single travelers wanting a quick getaway.

Cool Fishtown is where Philly's culinary, art and music trends take off. A magnet for hipsters and creative types, the former working-class neighborhood marks the first Friday of the month by opening the galleries and studios along Frankford Avenue to the public. The vibrant nightlife includes hip bistros, beer gardens and a retro arcade. Indie bands perform at the landmark Johnny Brenda's, a lauded gastropub.
There are two metro/subway stops nearby (Berks or Girard) and the bus also is close (American St.).
