Welcome to Grace's Place at The Southern Sycamore we invite you to our heavily treed 2 acre peaceful getaway. Several outside areas to relax plus a large pool. Beautiful views of deer in the evening. My pool is seasonal as stated in listing. Please ask if the pool is open. One Bedroom with Queen size bed and one full bath upstairs. Downstairs has an all stainless steel kitchen, Breakfast bar, comfortable sitting area, 4 stall bathroom for events and a laundry center. Room for an extra twin bed upstairs and air mattress. A pull out sofa bed has been added downstairs. It’s a little bigger than a twin. We have also added an option to have a twin bed put downstairs between the couch and the tv. This listing is for a max of 2 adult preregistered guests only. If you don’t ask prior to arrival Over 2 adults is an extra fee per person as soon as they walk into the home/onto the property. Your sleeping arrangements need to be made prior to your arrival we have to move beds if over two adults. We host events, I am a small event center, please contact me for events, birthday parties etc. It is a different fee structure with a $500 minimum. Please no large or hard sided suitcases upstairs. Our stairs are narrow. A suggestion is to just bring in what you need if you are long hauling it. If we are your only destination for a few nights please bring soft sided suitcases. We do not charge a cleaning fee. If you are paying a rate of under $130 and you leave garbage, finger prints, dropped food on rugs or damage the property in anyways you will be charged a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
