Awesome place for our family to stay while attending wedding festivities between Bonita beach and Naples! The house is huge with lots of open spaces to be together as well as areas for privacy (the third floor area is real bonus). Pool are is amazing and the house has everything you need for the beach. Kitchen is so well stocked — we needed only the supplies we brought and had everything else right there for us. Proximity to beach is amazing and Docs was an added bonus (get the tavern pizza and blackened fish tacos😉). Thank you, Kate!! We will be back!

This beautiful home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. The crown jewel of this property is the Lanai area! A pool/spa, pool & patio furniture, fire pit, ping pong table, and grill were all covered making it an unbeatable outdoor space! Highly recommend!

What a spectacular home – everything about it was perfect! The location, the views, the amenities. Kate made everything so easy. The house was spacious, immaculate and fully stocked so we did not need to rush out to buy anything. I knew even before we got there that I would not want to leave and boy was that true. It ticked all the boxes – walkable to the beach and to some fun restaurants, on a canal so my boys could do a bit of fishing, had a gorgeous and relaxing pool and hot tub and stunning sunset views that we were treated to at home or on the beach every night. We also enjoyed the new pickle ball facilities that opened up just a short drive away. Best rental ever and we hope to be back. I would definitely check out some of Kate’s other rentals as she is the best! Thank you, Kate!

Kate was an amazing host. She was super friendly and extremely accommodating to all of our family’s needs. From our unexpected early arrival to our late check out, Kate was on top of everything. Any question we had was answered immediately! The house was spectacular and the perfect spot for our large family to celebrate my wife’s surprise 50th birthday. Great location with the beach mere steps away and all the amenities you could possibly need easily accessible by car. It was very hard for us all to leave this gorgeous place and we hope we get an opportunity to return in the future. Thanks again Kate for making our vacation special.
