Great location and had plenty of space for 5 couples. Parking was a bit tricky as there are only 2 spots, but the house was great and functional.

No more access to gates w/codes. They now use key fobs. 12 ppl staying in house and only 2 key fobs was a nuisance. Floors were dirty and not very clean. Feet always black. Mold in shower on 3rd floor. Moisture is a problem in house. Smells of musty, mold and wallpaper and Sheetrock joint tape are coming loose. Overall, housekeeping isn’t very good. Not cleaned good before we arrived. House needs updated as well. Needs repair and maintenance

Southern vacation was quick to respond with any questions. We had an issue with accessing the portal, it was fixed within minutes.

These folks did a great job in helping with the process after a mix-up with the reservation and painters at the house. They fully resolved the issue within a few hours. It was good.
