This beautiful property near the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica will provide all the sanctuary you need to escape the hustle and bustle of life. We felt very comfortable and secure here. A/C through out the house and casita; mattresses very comfortable to sleep on; black-out shades in every room; washer and dryer on-site. Outdoor bathroom convenient during pool play. Pool perfect for young families (such as ours). The deepest depth is about 4 1/2 feet in the center. A built-in bench at one end makes it easy for littles to play as well. We all enjoyed the new experience of showering outside! Hacienda Pinilla is a neat housing community. We rented mt bikes and rode horses. Hosts were extremely responsive and proactively helpful. They helped us plan extra tours while we were there, set up our rental cars, and promptly answered all our questions. One example, we had an issue and literally within 5 minutes people were at the property taking care of the issue. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay at Casa Zuri was amazing! We felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing. It was very nice having a pool to dip into as it was very hot when we were there. Vanessa and Audrey were very responsive and helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. I highly recommend this property for your next Costa Rica Vacation.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay and how wonderful Vanessa was. The home appeared exactly as it does in the pictures. It was comfortable, spotless, and spacious. As a host, Vanessa was incredibly responsive - she responded to messages within minutes and was accommodating even for last minute bookings and requests. Better concierge service than some high end hotel chains. For location, I will say that it is hard to get around without a car. Vanessa helped us get a golf cart within an hour or two of our arrival which was perfect for getting around Hacienda Pinilla (going to the beach club, hotel, beach, etc.) But getting to Tamarindo or anywhere outside of the property is difficult. You can Uber but they are often 15+ minutes away and they are only able to pick you up if Vanessa gives their name to security (she’s great about doing so in a timely manner, but it is an extra step). Next time I would 100% rent a car. Overall this was a 10/10 stay and I would rebook!

The house looked like the pictures! The only thing I didn’t realize, until arriving, was one of the king suites is actually outside separate from the house, like a guest house. However, it was still nice and easy to get in and out of the main house. Very secluded from the main roads and quiet, gated neighborhood. Pool service didn’t bother us. We were actually in the pool one day and thought we were going to have to get out, but they told us we were fine. Overall, great experience. Thanks Vanessa
