Overall, the place was great and the customer service was not. On the day of our travels, we were told that the place we reserved was unavailable due to "unforeseen circumstances". TheSquare was quick to offer us another one of their locations but it had less than what we booked and was not ideal. Our group was understanding but wanted to be compensated for the inconvenience. After messages back and forth, TheSquare offered to schedule a ride from the airport. Traveling with a toddler on a red-eye, we arrived to find no transportation or helpful communication. We found our own ride and then asked that TheSquare schedule us a ride back to the airport upon our departure. The entire process was frustrating but we did get to the airport finally in the end. We enjoyed the location of the apartment being in a secluded and safe little neighborhood right on the canal. The apartment was minimal and other than the carpets having stains, the place was clean.
