Great locale and sincere hospitality. Used the bike every day of my stay. Best amenity yet!
Overall this is a very good place. It is only a five minute walk to the Runnymede subway station on the Bloor line and which allows easy access to downtown. It is a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants on Bloor and Roncevalles close by. It is also easy to drive downtown as we did because there were five in our family and the Covid-19 crisis was just beginning. When we arrived we went to the wrong door and we called Mike who responded immediately even though he was travelling and out of the country. This is always a good sign. The one improvement I would suggest is adding a amenities to the kitchen. For example, a kettle, tea pot and frying pan would have been useful for our family. Other than that, it is a nice and convenient place to stay and we would certainly return again sometime in the future.

A great flat in a great part of town. Very family friendly (both flat and location) and Mike was extremely helpful throughout.
Mike is an excellent host and very much approachable if you need any help. I would highly recommend to all my friends.

I'm an entrepreneur who developed a product and company in University. I've enjoyed the ride of growing a business for the last 15 years, but the last two have been the most fun. The company has never been more successful, but the fun part is that we owe it to going "office-less". We shut the doors of our office 2 years ago, and the entire staff (7 of us) moved to the online world. We communicate and have meetings via skype, and live on a shared google drive. The reason I share this here is that my life has become totally free as a result. My office is where my laptop is, which is ridiculously conducive to travelling! Although travelling has always been a staple in my life (I've visited approximately 30 different countries), recently it's become a lifestyle. Although i've had many different travel companions, one of my favourite is my 11 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback dog that's always more than happy to hop in a canoe for a camping trip. I truly live in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in one of the best Countries in the world. I think i carry that with me wherever I go... Cheers, Mike
