Pros 1. Good location and view. 2. Staff is great and they do everything within their means to make your stay comfortable. 3. Good communication from the host. Cons 1. the villa itself is very basic for the price point. Outdated and uncomfortable furniture. 2. Food is very average especially for the price charged. Also, outside food is not allowed which limits the options. 3. We had requested for a bonfire which we later wanted to cancel (before it was setup). It was prepaid and they refuse to cancel. Once setup it barely lasted for 15mins and we paid 2350 for it. This was extremely disappointing. 4. Barbeque while mentioned wasn't available at the site. Overall I won't recommend.

It’s situated right beside the Pawana Lake, giving a great treat to your eyes. Property was very clean and big. We had dinner there, the quantity was very good and taste was tailored as per our requirement. If you are looking for a place to relax then it is highly recommended.

NO FENCES . NOT AT ALL PET FRIENDLY Stray Dogs comes in groups..Cow and Bulls were in the garden in morning and attacked us by the horns. My Guests were injured in the process. Wifi went for 1 whole night and no way to call for help. Cottages are too close so they can see pool from balcony , also can hear music from other cottages . We stayed extra day , which we regretted as when no1 is near by all these animals come to the property. Food was good and qty of food was also good. Rooms were clean. Caretake were sincere but they didn't help in keep stray animals away.

A very nice weekend gateway. if you are looking to go away from city life for a while this would be the perfect choice!
