Atlanta property pros is a highly effective, attentive, company who offers fantastic customer service. The house was immaculate, the towels smell, so good as well as the bedding. I’m a bit OCD so I pay close attention to those things. They were very helpful, extremely responsive and accommodating. The house itself is quite beautiful, although, given the opportunity, I would decorate it a little more. The neighborhood is extremely quiet you can hear a pin drop at night!!! We loved that they had a pool table and the spaces were incredible. Their living room couch was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep on it. Something I can’t normally do because of a bad back.!!! I would definitely rent from them again and again!!! The only con is that the master bedroom did not have a closet for me to hang my clothes up.

Home was clean with many bedrooms and close to the event we were attending. The house did feel very under-furnished. With the exception of the Master Bedroom, all the other bedrooms were very bare bones. There were "far" too few plates, glasses, and cutlery for our needs (we had to go out to get disposable options) and the towels, bedding, and pillows were at a minimum. The game room and hot tub would make this location a great hangout destination for college students, but for other needs the location was very minimal
