Irma’s place is so good. I felt at home with my two weeks stay in Jakarta. The kitchen has everything that you need if you are cooking from pots, pans, plates, and utensils. The ACs in the living room and bedroom work perfectly fine. The toilet has a water heater that works well. Irma as a host is superb. She responds to all my queries and concerns before and during the booking. She even sent me toiletries and kitchen utensils to use for my stay. Coffee, tea and snacks are available in the mini pantry when I arrived which is so cool. The pool is being cleaned and maintained daily. There are basic gym equipments that made my workout quite good. Definitely going to book this place again when I go back to Jakarta.

Good communication from Irma and Benny, particularly when we arrived and the apartment had not been cleaned satisfactorily. They sorted a cleaner who came within a few hours. Apartment was suitable for our needs.
