The place itself was nice. No wifi router in sight. 10mbps download… EXTREMELY loud neighbors at all times.

The interior of the apartment was exactly as described—super nice. Great kitchen with kitchen supplies, two bedrooms, and a nice bathroom. Living room / dining room was perfect for Thanksgiving with the family. The table sat 8! Great communication and relatively easy to find. Only complaint is the location and building next door. Broken down cars, frequently other random cars coming up and leaving after a quick meeting with residents of the building… just not an overall safe feeling. The value was right and took location into account. In the apartment, we never felt unsafe. The inside is MUCH nicer thank the outside. Thank you!

The place was exactly as described and pictured. Bed and pillows were super comfy. The only reason I dropped a star is that it lacked some basics such as a towel hooks in the bathroom. Additionally, would’ve been nice to have coffee/tea and a couple water bottles to help with the first day/night after a long day of travel. Other than that, it was a great place.

This is our second stay at Brendan and Peet's. Great stay, comfortable beds, had everything we needed! Host is responsive and very easy to communicate with.
