Disappointed that the room I booked was not available when we arrived, felt we didn’t have much of a choice to take what was available or go elsewhere. Steps/deck and wheel chair ramp boards have excessive rot, my spouse who uses a cane almost had the cane go through one of the holes. In the morning we went to shower and around 9am and there wasn’t any hot water, contacted the host who said all they were completely full the night before and everyone must have showered the same time and they must have used all of the hot water. Told to wait one hour for the hot water tank to refill and we could have a late check out from 11am to 12pm, after waiting for over an hour and still no hot water we decided to leave. I informed the host we were not requiring a late check out as there still wasn’t any hot water and to give me a refund. She told me the offer of a late check out was all she could do, this is not very good customer service, won’t use them in the future nor will I recommend them.
