We had a great stay for 3 guests and a dog at Sam's place. Location is great - close to Sandbanks Provincial Park (~ 9 min drive away) and close to Picton (~15 min drive) where there is an LCBO, some grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Many wineries and breweries in the surrounding area. The house itself was true to the pictures, though the outdoor furniture and deck are a bit more weather worn than the pictures show. Great fenced in yard and deck for the dog with lots of space to run around. The guests before us had used all of the available towels and the cleaning person didn't have time to finish the laundry load, so it was still in the dryer when we arrived. Sam was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Mattresses were very comfy. Lots of seating and comfy space. There were some ants spotted in the kitchen so we made sure to keep everything contained. There are tenants downstairs who we think also had a dog but the space is separate.

We had a very good long weekend! The house is pretty comfortable and well located.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! It was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The backyard fire pit was fun to enjoy in the evening. Our check-in time was adjusted, but Sam was as accommodating as possible. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Sam's place. It was clean and well organized. Kitchen had all required tools. Bedrooms were great - all had new comfy mattresses. Location was great - only a few minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park and 15 mins from Picton.
