Nice spacious room with a clean ensuite in a very well-maintained and quiet house. The overall experience was completely hassle-free and the host was very helpful. Just a couple of small points. The advert states that parts of the house are shared with the host and this certainly applies to the entrance hall and stairs. However, we were told that the kitchen was out of bounds and this should be stated clearly in the description. Many Airbnb guests are used to having access to cooking facilities. The 'dedicated workspace' desk was a little small and the chair was not the most comfortable for prolonged use. Overall, I can certainly recommend this host and accommodation.

Me and my wife booked this property through Airbnb. We stayed 3 nights from 20th March to 23rd March. Check-out on 23rd. The location is too good, one of the posh location, completely residential area and safe place to stay. Approximately 10 minutes walk from Snaresbrook tube station. This was a big bedroom with a king size bed and an attached bathroom. Room and bathroom is very clean and maintaining good. Room heater is working good. They are providing ironing facility, tea/coffee and one water kettle inside the room. We didn't used any other common area, eventhough they are providing. Overall this was too good. We strongly suggest to book this property for your comfortable stay in London.

This spacious bedroom gets the morning sun and overlooks the back garden. It’s a good location and was easy to park. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi connection in the room was intermittent and there was unexpected noise with the washing machine being run overnight, from the kitchen below. The family bathroom is also adjacent to the room so you can hear these facilities, when used.

The place was very clean and such a beautiful room to stay in and had no hassle communicating with Sonia and who was very friendly and her replies were very quick with any concerns I had. Would love to stay here again !
