The cottage is centrally located on tranquil Lily Pond. It provides quick access to ATV/snowmobile trails, golf, hiking/biking, local bar/restaurants and a variety of water activities. Lily Pond connects to Brantingham Lake via a channel providing easy access to the lake fun while preserving the soft sounds of nature in the Adirondacks. Surrounded by three sides of water this cottage has great views and the soft sounds of the running water from the dam on the one side of the property. The cottage is a 1926 camp with modern amenities and all the charm of the outdoors. The kitchen includes the amenities to cook and bake when your not enjoying outdoor activities. The enclosed porch has wonderful water views without the bugs or rain. There is a grill, outside table and chairs along with a fire pit for enjoying the evening views and Adirondack air.

Mary is a gem! Great host, so helpful and responsive to inquiries! The cabin was so charming, amazing location with so much natural light! Highly recommend your morning coffee out in the sunroom!!
We stayed here over Labor Day weekend - 3 adults and 1 teenager. The cottage is on a beautiful point looking out on Lily Pond which is very peaceful and with easy access out to Brantingham Lake. We canoed, kayaked, and did some hiking locally. The cottage is dated but has a fully stocked kitchen which we used quite a bit. Also has laundry which is a nice touch. Owners were on site with guests which is just something to be aware of - we had a great time despite this as this is a community with cottages close together. Was very peaceful and a nice relaxing trip overall. Mary was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions.
My husband and I stayed at Mary's cottage with our two kids and their spouses. Our family has a cottage on another lake near there and we were visiting for a family gathering. We enjoyed the location, very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The cottage itself has dated decor, but was clean. Cleanliness was not an issue, but the dampness of the interior was. We built a fire in the fireplace to get some of the dampness out of the air and that helped. Dehumidification or air conditioning would help this issue for future stays. The kids said the beds were comfortable, we slept on the foldout couch which sufficed for two nights. Mary was a great communicator from booking to check out. Overall the value was good for the price.
My family really enjoyed our time here. The property was cozy, well-stocked, and the perfect layout to spend time together. It was just what we needed. We enjoyed being right on the pond and taking in the scenery. We really can’t wait to go back.

Small Adirondack community. Walking distance to golf course, bring your bike, ATV or kayaks/paddle boards. Bring your fishing gear there is plenty of fishing to do from the docks. Safe, rural setting with community plowed roads to access property during winter.
Parking available on site. You will want to drive, bike or ATV/golf cart to local restaurant/bars. Golf course within walking distance.
