We enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable; the unit had a tropical feel to it. The area surrounding the property is great for walking! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great spot. Spent some time at the other complexes all around us. This by far had the best pool area for kids and activities for them. Does not have a tennis court yet I’m sure you can use one of many nearby. Does have basketball and pickleball. We were looking forward to the 2nd bedroom having two twin beds for our young kids (who fight over everything including having to sleep in the same bed) yet apparently that is a request. We were not aware of that part and just went by the pictures in the listing. All needs met by the hotel / timeshare staff. Very responsive and friendly. Free coffee in the lobby each morning (also in room) and great gym too. Tons of planned activities for kids if you are around. Great spot near main grocery store, Hanalei and other more hidden beaches just to the south.

The Bali Hai resort is a great value for what you pay. It is on the cheaper side of rentals in Princeville and is a beautiful property in a great location. It is located very centrally in Princeville and is a quick 5 to 10 minute drive to Hanalei. The property offers heated pools, hot tubs, a workout room and barbecues that you can use. The front desk is very responsive for any housekeeping or maintenance issues. We have stayed there as a family of six multiple times and we keep coming back. The units are not brand new (as is typical in Princeville) but they are clean and uncluttered. You also have the option of paying $20 a day for air-conditioning which is great because you only use it if you need it. Jason was very responsive every time I emailed him and a friendly host to work with. I highly recommend renting from him and staying at Bali Hai.

This was a great space for us to stay for a week while on the north shore. Close to a grocery store. I will say, we had a 2yo with us and the way the kitchen island was formatted, she was able to climb from her chair onto the counter which was definitely annoying most of the time we were in there. But that isn’t anyone’s fault, I just wanted to give warning to parents bringing toddlers. Otherwise, everything else was totally optimized for a great time with kids. The pools and kid’s pool were so great. My 2yo was able to play in the 1.5ft pool and my 7yo could play in the bigger pool. The rooms were clean and great. Just be sure you wipe down counter tops in the kitchen as ants did arrive most mornings even if there was just a tiny speck of food. They were easy to clean and stayed away if everything was spotless, but just an FYI if you’re a bit messy in the kitchen. Jason was super easy to coordinate with and overall our stay was really great. We’d definitely stay there again! Thanks!
