This spacious home comfortably fits six or more adults and has room for four vehicles in its large driveways. Room photos showcase Finger Lakes attractions. For inquiries about these places, reach out. Entering via the porch, you'll find a dining area with a welcome basket and local info. A guidebook and digital version will be sent before your booking. The first floor offers a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry. Kitchen leads to deck with lake view, table, and grill. Next to the deck, a fire pit for s'mores. Living room has lake view, comfy seating, and AC. Grand staircase leads upstairs to landing with tourist info and coffee machine. Upstairs has bedrooms, bathroom, and porch for sunsets. Primary bedroom has king canopy bed, workspace, and private bathroom access. Second bedroom has king bed and charging stations. Third bedroom has bunk bed, suitable for kids or adults. All rooms have ROKU TVs. Pet-friendly with $75 fee, includes pet supplies. If needed, we offer a $50 package that includes a high chair, mini crib, baby bath, and pack and play. We loved staying at Lauren's place! Everything is well thought off and the interior design is just beautiful! We were traveling with two small kids and as the weather was quite bad we were so happy to have all the kids toys for them to play.
I loved Lauren's house. It was clean, peacefull and had all the amenities you'd expect and then some. The location is right across from Cayuga lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Beautiful sunset view of the lake from the upper floor. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped. The bedrooms are amazing. My sons loved the "Hobbit" room. The living room was very comfortable. Although we went to watch the Total Eclipse, there's plenty to do in the area. Ithaca is not far. Closer are Aurora and Auburn and Seneca Lake and Waterloo with many restaurants to go to from fine dining to quick bites. There are plenty of wineries, breweries and cideries. Muranda Cheese Company is worth the visit too. And the there are the many falls and gorges all around Cayuga and Seneca lakes. Most notable are Watkins Glen, Taughannock Falls, Buttermilk Falls, Ithaca Falls. I love South Hill Cider, Sheldrake Point Winery, Ithaca Brewery, Finger lakes Cider. Highly recommend Lauren's place.
If you are looking for a peaceful, cozy and private retreat on the Finger lakes for a very good cost your search should end here. Lauren goes above and beyond to ensure her guests find exactly what they are looking for in their stay. Her place is very thoughtful and she provides sticky notes in multiple places to assist her guests too. We had a generous welcome basket & wine bottle kept for us on arrival and the place provided all essentials in surplus. Town shops are about a 10 min walk and Lake Cayuga is also only a few steps away. If you are in the finger lakes and plan to spend quality family time at home, look no further. Will visit this place again :)
We had a great stay at Cayuga Breeze! Easy access to all the great activities the lakes have to offer. Very large inside. The high ceilings made everything more roomy than the pictures showed. Excellent touches by the host including basket of treats, bottle of local wine, and many other small touches to make us feel at home. Lauren was an excellent communicator and very responsive to all our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed and would plan to stay again.
Lauren's place at Union Spring was such a great finding. The renewed house from XIX century is very comfortable, fully equipped, and very clean. Our host was helpful all along the way, always responsive and careful about out needs. The place is well located to explore the beautiful region of the Finger Lakes. Just bear in mind Union Springs is a small village with limited offering of food catering (e.g restaurants).

Union Springs is a historic neighborhood. It’s quiet with convenient access to public beach, boat rental, and some restaurant/ food choices. Right in town is a restaurant, dollar general and grocery store. The house is also located near several wineries including Montezuma.
Walmart and a larger town with several options to eat and shop, Seneca Falls to the left and Auburn to the right. Walmart is about 15 min away as well as several options for super markets.
While we suggest having a car, it's also possible to walk to the lake, take a leisurely stroll to rent a boat, and dine at the local restaurant. The village grocery store is a bit farther, but it's an easy walk with sidewalks for safety and architecturally captivating historic buildings to admire. Next to the grocery store, you'll find a delightful pizza place with incredibly friendly staff
