Overall, good place to stay for my girlfriend and I. Perfect location. 5 min walk to beach. With restaurants right around the corner (Bebos for example, a must try). There are electric scooters as well if you wanted to go to places like La placita without walking the 15 minute it takes. La Placita is a booming plaza full of bars, restaurants, cigar lounges, loud music, etc. Our only complaints are the extremely slow and unhelpful responses from the host. Also noticed the apartment was not super clean (some stains on furniture, and toilet seats, and a noticeable smell. Finally, it was extremely inconvenient to get into the parking lot for both check-in and checkout. You need to first go upstairs while leaving your car in the middle of the road so you can then grab the garage beepers to open the gate. Also, you have to make 2 trips to drop the fob back off at the apartment once you exit the lot at checkout. Overall decent place. However, Improvements need to be made.

Nice location,. Condo was as described. Easy directions to get in. Parking was excellent, private and gated. Jose was a great host and would highly recommend this place .
