Stunning property, responsive, accommodating and pleasant host. Would utilise Nokistays again

Unfortunately our stay here was not good and I agree with the previous review. The property does not match the photos, lots of stains on the walls, felt very unclean, stained furniture, king beds advertised but actually only single beds pushed together with a king size duvet. It was a bad experience, however I will say the host was responsive after the first day and refunded me more than 50% of the stay which was appreciated. With a bit of love, attention and care this property could be great but sadly for us it was a bad experience.

I would like to congratulate whoever photographed 10 Park Ave Saughall for Noki Stays, it would not have been easy to make that property look good but you did it. The blurb states it is a "cheerful 3 bedroom home with parking". 'Tired' would be a more appropriate adjective. Nothing about staying here made me feel cheerful. There are 3 clocks in this property, none of them work. That should give you an idea of how attentive the owner is to the upkeep of this property. There are stains on the kitchen ceiling, including water ingress and damp. The kitchen table is on its last legs, all the joints visibly coming apart. No salt and pepper in the sellers. Light switches are all very grubby, and several of the bulbs don't work. The batteries in the tv remote were dead, a particular disappointment to our young children. House was not cleaned particularly well, lots of dust on the light fittings and hairs round the toilet. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Not worth the money.
