Fantastic property a couple of minutes walk from beautiful Wrightsville beach. Fully equipped and very comfortable, property is very well maintained. Liked the keyless access which makes it easy for people staying to come and go with ease without managing keys, coordination of return times etc. Parking for vehicles was great too. Can highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

We were disappointed with our stay. We were there for my friend's wedding weekend from Friday until Sunday. We booked through airbnb, but once we arrived it was very obvious that this house was not meant for short term rentals. It said that toilet paper and linens were provided (which we had to go back and check the listing once we got there). When we arrived, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper for the 4 bathrooms. When booked, I was very clear with the hosts that there were going to be 8 guests staying at the house and it is absurd that we had to go out to buy toilet paper to stay at a house for which we paid over $800 per night. Additionally, we had to put all of the linens on the bed when we arrived. That is not something you want to do when you arrive at a place for a weekend. This house is NOT worth what we paid, and we are incredibly disappointed with our stay.

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and so close to the beach. The property is awesome. The rooftop deck allows you to see the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. Sunsets were so enjoyable. The living/kitchen area is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and decks were just what we needed. The carport is a great space to relax and grill. We did not have hand soap in every bathroom and Landmark was very quick to respond to my text and deliver some. Cons: The property was clean, but is due for a deep clean and some maintenance. For example the outdoor shower was dark and full of cobwebs. For such a nice space and expensive rental I think more towels should be provided as well as cozier towels and sheets and beach towels. The property expects a lot of guests such as putting away all dishes and leaving the dishwasher, empty and bringing all toiletries. Communication was a little hard to follow between emails and the Landmark app.
