Only thing is ceiling fans or small fans that you can move about at the air conditioner is not running. It gets pretty stuffy real quick other than that amazing place will book again soon can’t go wrong.

We loved our stay. Only thing which I did communicate to Zach was the cleanliness of the pool table. He stated he was going to tell the owners to have it professionally cleaned. Other than that, things were awesome.

There are lots of pros to this place, including proximity to Dollywood and the city shopping areas, nice views, low traffic area, spacious suite, and a wonderful garden tub. The price seems reasonable. Some neutrals: The property and suite is a little dated but reasonably well maintained. The indoor pool is smaller than I imagined and does not seem to be heated. My only con: My only real complaint is noise. The property is poorly constructed to isolate noise from other suites, and there is a suite above this one. I hate to reduce my rating based on something that is largely outside of the control of the host but if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet it will largely be up to chance and whoever is above you at the time of your stay.
