Full kitchen, full bathroom and a patio for BBQing! You will enter through the garage and go directly into the first bedroom. This room contains a trundle bed with 2 twin beds that can be make into a king size bed upon request. It contains a small desk, rocker/recliner, TV and washer and dryer. There is a door separating this room from the main room and one small step. There is also a glass sliding door to access the patio. Next you will enter the hallway with the bathroom straight a head, 2nd bedroom to the left with a queen size bed, sink and closet, to the right you go into the kitchen with a full size side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven combo and stove top. There is no standard oven or dishwasher. Dishes for 4 and cookware provided as well as a coffee pot, keruig and small french press, toaster and knives. The kitchen has a bar that seats 2, the dinning area has a small table that seats 2-3. The living room contains a sectional couch with a recliner on each end, TV and small electric fireplace.
