I love the energy of the space a lot! I recover there mentally and left the place in much better condition then I arrived there! I sleep really well, and recover some creativity!

I felt very relaxed and at home in this place. It's probably not for you if you want something fancy or polished, but I found Dave's place really, really easy to be in, and enjoyed my stay. Good communication, simple systems, the time flowed without friction or worries. And, by the way, there's a drawing session there on Friday nights. It was good to be with people for whom art is a priority.

Como viajante solo, mulher e artista, achei a experiência peculiar e pouco estável. David é um homem criativo, energético e bastante sociável. É educado e faz o possível para ensinar o que sabe aos convidados. Os livros espalhados pela casa me inspiraram e me ajudaram muito, o ateliê de David é convidativo, meu quarto era limpo embora o restante da casa: sujo. Havia chave disponível para minha segurança, sim, mas acho importante ressaltar um pequeno episódio de impaciência e insistência do anfritrião em um momento específico que por sentir dores de cabeça eu sugeri manter-me menos comunicativa, o que não foi tolerado pelo senhor, o que me fez interpretar como uma instabilidade que pode não ser nada mas significa tudo para MULHERES VIAJANTES. Apesar de ter ficado pouco tempo no apartamento, eu viveria dentro dos livros que lá encontrei. Sentirei saudade.
