Middle Earth is simply magical, and will always have a special place in my heart. I was looking for a remote, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay to tap into some deep focus, meaningful reflection, and creative inspiration. Middle Earth was everything I was searching for and more. The owners are incredibly attentive, thoughtful, considerate, and welcoming. I felt right at home from the start, and I appreciated their proactive communication, quick responses, respect of privacy, and just positive, uplifting energy overall. It's clear that they've have put a lot of care, consideration, and love into this property -- everything from the design and layout to the fully (and I mean fully) stocked kitchen to the maintenance of the surrounding land. My dog had the time of her life running around! Middle Earth is one of those incredibly rare instances where reality exceeds expectations, and will forever be one of my favorite places on Earth.

The place is absolutely gorgeous, very peaceful, very relaxing and we truly couldn’t have been much more pleased… during our stay. getting to the place felt like just walking into the pictures. Exactly as described. Very functional and well equipped kitchen and clean and well kept bedrooms and living areas. They had a lot of games and pantry supplies available. The property is beautiful with lots of walkways and small hikes and very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was also one of the cleanest we have used and had great views.

What a magical get away! Just what our family needed! Loved the private road and feeling like we had no neighbors in site! Would give this place 20 stars if I could! This home is so incredibly cozy and warm. Huge kitchen with tons of items. The beds were super comfy and the heated toilet seats were such a treat! Waking up to mountains and that huge tree was soooo breathtaking and relaxing. Hot tub looking out to mountains was such a treat. This home inspired me! Thank you, Michael, for sharing your beautiful home!!

Very beautiful place to stay near my native Pomo land. Felt right at home. Michael your place is amazingly peaceful. A short drive to Mendocino coast for the day. Spa was the icing on the cake. What a view!! Definitely would stay again. Johnny
