L'appartement est bien situé dans la ville, (mais se trouvant au 3e étage d'une ville étouffante, ça reste compliqué). Mais nous en subissons les lumières (pas de rideaux occultants) et les bruits. Il n'était pas très propre quand nous sommes arrivés, en particulier la vaisselle et le frigo.

The communication with Khadija was great, she was very responsive and helped us with both water and organising a pickup from the airport. The flat is spacious and it’s easy to walk to the market and old town (or take a tuk tuk from the other side of the road). We struggled with the noise from the loud street and the fact that only 2 out of 3 bedrooms had an AC which meant that the third bedroom was unusable as a place to sleep in the February heat.

Der Aufenthalt bei Khadija hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe von 7 Leuten und der Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Leider gab es keine Fernbedienung für Klimaanlage, weshalb die Nächte recht warm waren. Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. 😊

Khadija is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any assistance. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.The place is very spacious,secure, and close and walkable distance to Stone Town. I am very well satisfied and truly recommend the place.
