As a family of 8 we had a really wonderful stay at Joaquin’s home. The house is very secluded and surrounded by mountains and trees. The large pool is absolutely great! There are lots of places to relax and read a book in peace and quiet if you want space away from the family. The house is large and spotlessly clean! You’ll need a car as it’s not close to walk to the villages and towns. We were happy to just relax, cook and eat so didn’t go far, other than to the supermarket in the town about 15 minutes drive away. Some of our group caught the bus to Murcia from the bus stop about 30 minutes walk away. They pre booked tickets for the journey online. We had lots of fun having table tennis tournaments. A great addition! There are guard dogs on the property, but they are fenced off and you can’t see them. They do bark in the evenings but we didn’t mind this. They were very quiet/almost silent during the day. We all loved our holiday and hope to return next year! Thank you Joaquin

Simplemente nos encanto, casa rural reformada con mucho cariño y multitud de detalles, impecable, no faltaba de nada. Amplios y comidos espacios interiores rodeados de pinos que invitan a relajar y disfrutar del paisje y las comodidades que ofrece. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Joaquin’s place . It’s rural so if you want peace and privacy in luxury surroundings this is the place. The communal areas are all airy with plenty of areas to chill. Air con in lounge and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare big family meals. Lots of utensils and kitchen wear so we never ran out of anything. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and the linens & towels top quality. In the grounds there is a little courtyard off the kitchen where we hung out in the day and ate a few meals . Through the gates to the pool area it is again beautifully done. We spent most days and evenings hanging around the pool and cooking up big bbq’s ! It has beautiful views all around the property. The property felt safe and secure fully fenced off and electric gates. Murcia town & beaches 30/40 min. Joaquin & his wife were great hosts. Perfect place for our extended family get together. Would love to return one day . ThankU

Todo increíble, un lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad. La villa tiene todos los servicios para no tener que salir de ella. Decorada hasta el más mínimo detalle y muy cuidada. Volveremos!

Mijn familie en ik hebben een mooie tijd kunnen doorbrengen in deze prachtige villa. We troffen bij aankomst de host en zijn vrouw aan. Vervolgens een duidelijke en vlotte tour gekregen door de villa. We troffen de villa ook enorm schoon en netjes aan. Dat was een pluspunt voor ons. Ook was het zwembad schoon en groot genoeg voor ons allen. De host kwam om de 2 dagen het zwembad checken en schoonmaken. Dit was erg fijn. Alles was beschikbaar en tot onze beschikking in de villa. De kamers waren ruim en perfect voor ons allemaal. Ook konden we gebruik maken van al het keukengerei in de keuken. Er was tevens ook een wasmachine en droger tot onze beschikking. Erg fijn. De airconditioning werkte perfect. Om het verhaal kort samen te vatten, hebben we genoten van de villa en wat het te bieden had voor ons. De communicatie met de host was helder en verliep heel soepel. We willen de host en zijn vrouw nogmaals bedanken voor de gastvriendelijkheid en duidelijke manier van communicatie! Als je van rust en luxe houdt, is deze villa zeker een aanrader!
