We had a terrific stay in Richmond. We chose the location for family visits (over the course of a few days) in Richmond and Fredericksburg, as well as college tours in Richmond and Williamsburg. The location cut down on our driving time and met our specific needs. In our downtime, we enjoyed shopping in Carytown, which was a short drive away. The home itself was very comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). We did not encounter any issues we needed to contact James for, but communication leading up to the stay and at checkout was prompt, detailed and courteous. We did not spend much time in the neighborhood itself, but it was quiet enough to hear the birds chirping in the morning, which is always a plus in my view! Lovely stay.

We loved our stay with James. Everything was exactly as pictured, a very cute older home. Plenty of room, and having stayed in many airbnbs now with only one bathroom it was great having two. The location was excellent for our needs, very close to the Forest Hill park which we loved, and lots of options for food, coffee, and drinks. James is a great host, we didn’t have any issues to speak of but he was always extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended!
