Très jolie chambre dans une petite villa année 30 pleine de charme. un jardin agréable et paisible. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et à notre service pour tout besoin. Je recommande et y reviendrai.

Peters place was beautiful with an amazing bathroom and communal courtyard. Communication was fantastic and check in was seamless. I have deducted a star only because it could have been better value for money for the location. I would still recommend.

Peter and Florence were such amazing hosts! The room was immaculate and well decorated. The bathroom was so nice and modern! The bed was super comfy and the building itself was stunning! The location is about a 15 minute walk to the tram that takes you directly to Old City Nice and the city centre. It was perfect for us as we like the quietness once we returned after a long day. The outdoor seating and lounging area was cam and relaxing. Such and amazing stay. Would come back and stay here over and over again. 100% recommend.
