This is a real gem. The gorgeous accommodation is located right in the heart of the old town, a real piece of history. Andrea and Sandro went to exceptional lengths to create a bespoke and personalised experience. From the moment we were greeted at check-in, we were made to feel relaxed and at home, with complimentary drinks and bites, and we were shown around the spotlessly prepared accommodation. Andrea and his father provided us with many recommendations, helping to ensure that we got the best possible experience during our stay. The warmth and friendliness of his whole family was extraordinary. I cannot recommend this place and our lovely hosts more wholeheartedly. Andrew and Anita

A great quirky house in a fabulous area of Castelsardo. Local restaurants within walking distance, great hosts willing to offer information and advice if requested. A really great opportunity to immerse yourself into the town. Host Andrea and his parents were an added bonus to a great stay.

We’ve stayed in many old apartments, houses, Mas and abbayes throughout Europe and we always know it will not be perfect. Even though this apartment’s quality and craftsmanship was evident in the renovation and it was furnished beautifully, we found it difficult to enjoy it since it was 28-30 C inside with no cross breeze since we were sandwiches in with other buildings. We paid a premium price because the listing claimed it was air conditioned, however it was not. 2 Dyson Pure Cool Purifying Fans are not AC. We were also instructed to leave all luggage on the first floor. The bedrooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Andrea was a great host, very kind, respectful and responsive. His house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our visit. A great location, great host and great vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at Andrea’s place. Check-in was a very smooth process and the place was beautifully done with excellent small touches. It’s a little bit of a hike up to the place, so if you’ve got heavy bags you’ll need to be prepared, but totally worth it for the great view and great place.
