Villa Rosa sleeps up to ten and overlooks the sea and the friendliest village of Palaia Epidavros. Only 1.30hr from Athens, it has an amazing view and is at the heart of Ancient Greece, in the Peloponnese. It has 4 double/twin en-suite bedrooms, two with an extra bed. The flat sea and quiet beach are 300m in front of the villa, together with three tavernas and a mini-market. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens, Air-con throughout, a huge outdoor garden and parking space for three. Villa Rosa is a large three-story villa. Two double/twin en-suite rooms on the top floor. A whole floor kitchen/entertaining space on the middle floor and a self-contained apartment with two 3-bed ensuite rooms on the garden floor. All rooms have balcony or garden access with amazing 180-degree views of the sea and mountains. Villa Rosa is a sustainable holiday villa, with solar panel hot water & heating. We decided not to build a swimming pool as the sea, a 5-minute walk in front of the villa, is non-tidal and is the calmest, perfect natural swimming pool. We have an outdoor shower for cleaning and cooling down on return. We charge less than equal villas that have a pool.
