Overall we were very happy with this location. Close to multiple restaurants and other amenities. Resortica was very clear with their communication which made check in a breeze. The condo had many beach equipment including umbrellas, chairs, a wagon and coolers which made going to the beach easy. My only concerns were being able to hear neighbors but it was sporadic and using white noise allowed us to drown out the exterior sounds. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful stay. The condo was big enough for the 4 of us and had all the amenities we needed. There were also beach equipments (chairs and umbrella) to use. The condo was clean and had all the basic toiletries, and kitchen items to use. Just FYI it is ~35 mins away from Kona. There are a few beaches and food places nearby so that was a plus when we were lazy for the drive.

Lovely condo in a peaceful complex. There were many amenities in the condo and the complex itself, including two pools! They had beach gear available, plenty of dishes and utensils and even a bug zapper for the back porch! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place for your Waikoloa Beach holiday!

Loved this condo! We especially enjoyed the back deck (lanai) that overlooked the golf course. Great space and has a grill. Everything we needed was in the unit and it was a fabulous home away from home. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Location is nice - short walk to the shops, beach is about 3/4 mile so not far. The hosts are very clear in communications and checkout was a breeze. We didn’t need to contact them at all during our stay. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom - my back hurt after a few nights, but the other two in the second bedroom were nice. Everything else about the unit was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!
