Our stay at Daiquiri Daze was fantastic. The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and in a superb location. The house had everything we could need or want. Getting around was a breeze—we rented a golf cart and used it to explore everywhere. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, and the house provided everything we required. We're already planning our return! Thank you, Daiquiri Daze, for a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay in Port Aransas! It was a half mile from the beach access road, not a bad walk. We were there in off season and it was quiet and we had the pool and whole complex almost to ourselves! The house had great common space and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. Everything was great!

We are Jim Sokoloski and Chuma Jerome, your vacation rental hosts and founders of SWAY, a personal, vacation rental host marketing and management company for short term, vacation rental properties, currently located in Port Aransas, TX. We are a family owned business that sprung from our love of real estate, and passion for hospitality, business AND the beach! In 2017, we purchased a few properties in Port Aransas and have been successful in marketing and managing them. Our friends and neighbors noticed that we were taking our properties to the next level, guests were enjoying a better experience and they quickly asked us to manage their own piece of paradise in Port Aransas. As a result, SWAY LLC TX was born! Our name SWAY derived from our purposeful marketing and management plan that allows the owner and guest to relax - your stay will be amazing as a guest, and your property will be well marketed and managed as an owner.
