I really enjoyed my stay at this farmhouse. The house is lovely - perfect for an extended family gathering - and the setting is fantastic. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here - huge house with a really well equipped kitchen and nice dining and lounge area to sit. The surroundings are beautiful with easy access to the river and speyside way, and a great bbq in the garden all set to go. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, and welcomed our dogs, Milo and Dave! We would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at Garbity Farmhouse on Orton Estate. The house is beautiful, and was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well-equipped, with good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. The owners had put up a Christmas tree and decorations, which was a lovely touch. The property is right by the River Spey, so lovely for walks by the river. The hosts were helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again. Thank you!
