Everything was perfect, Charles was an amazing host. Had everything we needed inside the house, simple instructions for everything. Charles checked in with us and made sure everything was good with our stay and willing to help in any way he could had the need arose. We actually went Black Friday shopping in Tulsa and was running way too late to make it back in time for check out, he let us have another night no problem, we couldn’t of asked for anything better.

The home itself was great. Charles has everything you would need for long-term stay. I absolutely loved the fact that he even has an air fryer and a crock pot for renters use! The king size bed in the master bedroom was fabulous as well and very comfy! It’s secluded with no neighbors in site which I also really loved. The only thing was that the guys that stayed in the rooms with no tv couldn’t get their tvs to hook up to the Wi-Fi. Other than that, our stay was great. Thanks Charles!

For me it’s a bit personal. I’m moving there and luckily Charle’s place was right by where I’m going to live. He made us feel like we were on vacation. We found out all the things you can do, (a lot,) we felt we had privacy, on the top of the hill, and the biggest thing is, I think Charles wants to make sure that you have the options available to get everything this beautiful place has to offer. He’s going to be my neighbor, so maybe this review is being extra friendly, but for me if I get an overload of friends/family coming to visit, it’s nice to know I can book again with Charles and know they will be well taken care of.
