The location was close enough to downtown that you could walk to restaurants and such. The exterior of the house was clean, simple and easy to locate. The interior was very clean, cute decoration, clutter free but cozy. We noticed that the pool outside didn’t have a cover so lots of debris got in the pool. We couldn’t find a pool net and didn’t hear back from the owner on the matter so we had to get create to try and scoop it all out. The tub didn’t heat up fast or if at all and only one of the jets was working. We enjoyed the outdoor games and area. I would say to avoid the Dollar General which is walking distance and go elsewhere for anything you need. Not too much to complain on and would definitely stay here again if I came back to Phoenix.

The host did not respond to Airbnb messages, texts or calls during our stay. This is completely unacceptable. A major issue arose when the entry gate to the alley was closed and locked in the evening, trapping our car in the backyard, in a spot we were specifically encouraged by the host’s instructions to use. Deprived of the use of our rental vehicle, we were only able to keep our evening dinner plans thanks to a visiting family member who lent us their car. We were traveling with a small child. Had we been on our own and an emergency arisen, there was no way we would have been able to drive him to seek help. It could have been a nightmare. We messaged again the next day asking for a late check out time, since our flight wasn’t till late afternoon and the place wasn’t booked the following day. Again, no response. The house was as pictured, clean, amenities were as listed. After 10 years of using Airbnb we are questioning ever using it again after this stay. Not worth the risk.

Erin's place was great! It was everything advertised and extremely comfortable! The only thing is, don't use the black and pink shower for a "shower" and not a bath. the shower head doesn't handle the pressure and the shower curtain ring will fall! The pool was a great vibe and we will definitely be back!
