Beautiful home available for medium / long term rental in a fabulous family friendly neighborhood. If you need a wonderful place while you renovate your home or a great spot to land while you relocate to Austin - this home is a great choice.

Had a weekend away with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Great for large groups with plenty of space for gathering together, and lots of bedrooms for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kitchen had all the basics needed. Lots of modern and comfortable touches throughout the house. Very responsive hosts. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

We rented to host the family for a wedding. All the rooms were very comfortable. We had plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect for the reception. Highly recommend if you are looking for a space to sleep up to 16 and have space to hang out.

Jester Estates is located just 12 miles from downtown Austin, the State Capitol, the University of Texas, three of Texas' most popular recreational lakes and close to major shopping centers. Jester is surrounded on three sides by the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve near the junction of RM 2222 and Loop 360 in the beautiful Texas hill country.

- The closest golf to Jester Estates is Great Hills Country Club, the only member-owned country club in Austin. Great Hills has played host to several PGA events over the years and is a favorite to Austin.
- If you’re looking for a public course, try Hancock Golf Course, a 9-hole par 35 course in the heart of Central Austin or Lions Municipal, an 18-hole championship course also in Central Austin.
*Walkability
- Much of Jester Estates is built on top of a huge hill, so a neighborhood stroll is not really something you’d do often. But, if you’re looking to get some exercise, there is no better neighborhood to be at.

-To pick up a few things, try Jester Market on Jester Blvd.
- For more substantial runs, you’ll probably want to go to Randalls on Mesa Drive or H-E-B just off Far West Blvd.
-You can also try Costco on Research Blvd if you need more things.

- Red Lotus Asian Grille is less than a mile away. It's an easygoing, standard eatery offering Pan-Asian fare from Chinese & Vietnamese cuisines.
