ShopRite, Blanco supermarket and a couple of lounges within less than 10mins of driving distance without traffic. The property also comes with a car for easier mobility at an extra fee. You can also order a car wash at the premises. Guest will love the serenity of the area, the ambiance of the home and the amenities the home provides. It has 24/7 electricity as well as a 10kva solar inverter which powers the 6 ACs in the entire home and appliances.

Micheal’s place is just as what is described. Situated in a newly, secured and gated community in Sangotedo Lekki. Also accessible to many convenience stores and amenities around. Micheal is a very responsible host who responds to all questions and concerns in a timely manner. Micheal was particularly kind to me by offering me a complimentary wine on arrival. My overall experience at his place was highly remarkable. I will be returning in the near future
The place is as described, it was a really nice place and had everything we needed and most importantly clean. There wasn’t any issues with the electricity and water. The was some minor issues with accessing the building and the gated estate, but that was all well sorted with Michael. He was really responsive and helpful and made the stay really pleasant. If he wasn’t available the estate manager was also on standby which was really impressive. I would really recommend this place to others as it’s also not far from activities in Lekki and has 2 big malls close by.
This is actually my 2nd time staying here. Very enjoyable and peaceful. Everyone is helpful and responsive.
There is no 24/7 electricity, and after my stay I was sent fabricated pictures of damages in order to get extra money from me. Thanks to God before we left we called the security man to inspect the house before we checked out. If you must stay here please take pictures of all items including spoons and cups on your check in date.
The place was absolutely beautiful. There was issues with access (resolved after we received the correct code). There was issues with power. Once the token was added by the host, we were able to manage power (I believe this was the 3rd day of being there). The washer and cooker stopped working, but was fixed after bringing it to the host attention. It’s far from the main attractions, so you will spend about N5-N8k with an Uber. With all of the issues, the host was quick to respond and I appreciated that greatly. I rated a 4 out of 5 because of the distance and the issues.
