A beautiful and relaxing location. Was wonderful waking up to the sound of the fountain in the lake. Lots and areas to relax and green everywhere. Would Definitely stay there again if I head back to the area. Dawn was quick to reply to any questions and very helpful.

What an amazing place to stay! This property is beautiful inside and outside! The setting is quiet and serene and yet close to many amenities. Visiting the horses, jumping into the pond, soaking in the hot tub, watching for hummingbirds and listening to the fountains made the outdoors a peaceful oasis. Inside was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, a well equipped kitchen (bean to cup coffee maker - yum!) and plenty of relaxed seating areas made our stay a great experience for all our family members. Dawn was a very responsive host with clear written instructions. We are grateful for our time spent at the ranch.

We absolutely loved our stay. We were there for a horseshow and we spent each evening bringing takeout dinners home so we could relax in Dawn’s amazing space she has created. We sat outside, in the living room and in the family room for evening chats and enjoyed the mornings too. A great coffee maker and lots of dishes and utensils. While we didn’t get to use the lovely lake this time—it looked like it would be wonderful to swim in. We will be back to Dawns escape in the future.

Beautiful place. Very Tranquil surroundings. Was so lovely to be able to swim in the water, sit on the dock, or lounge on the deck. Very spacious. Host was very friendly and responsive. If you can ever afford to come here I would def recommend it.
